OnStove.get_value_of_time()

Calculates the value of time based on the minimum wage ($/h) and a spatial representation of wealth.

Time is monetized using the minimum wage in the study area, defined in the specs dictionary, and a geospatial representation of wealth, which can be either a relative wealth index or a poverty layer (see the extract_wealth_index() method). The minimum wage value is then distributed spatially using an upper limit of 0.5 times the minimung wage in the wealthier regions and a lower limit of 0.2 in the poorest regions.
