Charcoal.production_emissions(model: onstove.OnStove)[source]#

Calculates the emissions caused by the production of Charcoal. The function uses emission factors in regards to CO2, CO, CH4, BC and OC as well as the energy and energy_content attributes of te model. Emissions factors for the production of charcoal are taken from [1].

Parameters:

model: OnStove model: Instance of the OnStove model containing the main data of the study case. See onstove.OnStove.

Returns:

The total charcoal production emissions that can be associated with each household measured in
kg of CO2-eq per year.
