Charcoal.discounted_om(model: onstove.OnStove)

Calls discount_factor function and calculates discounted operation and maintenance cost for each stove.

Parameters:

model: OnStove model

Instance of the OnStove model containing the main data of the study case. See onstove.OnStove.
