The Assistance Need Index measures where demand and supply are simultaneously higher.

This index is generated by calling the set_assistance_need_index() method, which produces an aggregated measure selected demand and supply datasets. The index identifies areas where market assistance is needed the most, where the demand is high, but the ability to pay and access to supply may be low.
